Informal Resolution: Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days.<br \/>\n2. Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in British Columbia, except where prohibited by law.<br \/>\n3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.<br \/>\nNothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"15_MODIFICATIONS_TO_TERMS\"><\/span>15.
